費城分會

費城「角聲」成立18週年，除了同工們的努力，最多的情形，是看到神的能力的彰顯。例如去年9月22日，完成了一場與衆教會合辦的音樂佈道會。這次佈道會，從開始便看見神的恩典，祂一直帶領衆教會連於元首基督。當時，中宣會迦恩堂周樂平牧師致電費城「角聲」，說香港「基恩敬拜」美東之旅，還有週五晚的空檔，想邀請我們一起舉辦。

在我們的聯絡下，櫻桃山華人基督教會願意一起參與，並借出場地供音樂佈道會用，又熱烈地參與策劃，直接聯絡各方面的負責人。透過新澤西若歌教會，與香港「基恩敬拜」聯繫；一切宣傳、海報、音響、樂器、招待、陪談、茶點等，都安排和準備得非常妥當。此外，更邀請了費城中華基督教會東北堂，負責陪談訓練。

非常欣賞費城中華基督教會東北堂弟兄姊妹的細心，他們除了提供陪談包內的福音單張，更同心合力親手製造五色救恩鎖匙扣，並負責車輛接送安排。這次佈道會最觸動心靈的，是看見神的恩手帶領著衆教會，與神同行、興旺福音。我們不分彼此、資源共享。

費城六間教會包括：櫻桃山華人基督教會、若歌教會、中宣會迦恩堂、中華海外宣道會總會、承恩基督教會、信義會基督堂，分工合作舉辦六場佈道會。我們一起宣傳，一起刊登廣告，一起參加陪談訓練、一起分享弟兄姊妹親手製造的五色救恩鎖匙扣。另有一間教會幫忙影印問卷，還把陪談及招待名牌，留給下一場在另一間教會的佈道會用。

看見衆教會弟兄姊妹的同心擺上，佈道會場座無虛席，臨時還要多加座椅；神要我們憑信心經歷，相信神一切所做的，都是因祂的愛心，按祂的時間，以祂的方式，來成就祂的旨意，因為一切都是出於神，為成就祂的美意，只要凡事放膽，同心合意興旺福音，是沒有一事叫我們羞愧的。

The 18th anniversary of CCHC in Philadelphia has been marked not only by the efforts of our staff but also by the evident power of God. For example, on September 22 last year, we completed a music evangelistic meeting co-hosted with several churches. From the very beginning, we witnessed God’s grace as He guided the churches to remain united in Christ, the Head.

At that time, Rev. Robert Chau of the OCM Canaan Church of Princeton called us, suggesting that we collaborate on an event with Hong Kong’s “Amazing Grace Worship,” which had a free slot on Friday evening during their East Coast tour.

Through our coordination, Cherry Hill Chinese Christian Church agreed to participate, offering their venue for the event and actively engaging in planning and contacting various parties. With the help of New Jersey’s Rutgers Community Christian Church, we connected with Amazing Grace Worship in Hong Kong. Everything, including publicity, posters, sound systems, instruments, hospitality, counseling, and refreshments, etc., was arranged and prepared very thoroughly. Furthermore, we invited Philadelphia Chinese Christian Church (PCCC)’s Northeast branch, to handle the counseling training.

We greatly appreciate the careful work of the brothers and sisters of PCCC. Not only did they provide Gospel tracts for the counseling packages, but they also worked together to handcraft five-color salvation keychains and arranged transportation. The most touching aspect of this evangelistic meeting was seeing God’s guiding hand leading the churches to walk with Him and flourish in evangelism. We shared resources and worked together without reservation.

Six churches in Philadelphia, Overseas Chinese Mission, Grace Christian Church, and Lutheran Church of Christ in addition to the three churches above—collaborated to hold six evangelistic meetings. We worked together in publicity, advertising, attending counseling training, and sharing the handcrafted five-color salvation keychains. One church helped with printing questionnaires and reserved the name tags for counseling and hospitality team for the next evangelistic event at another church. We see the unity and collaboration of brothers and sisters from multiple churches, and the encouraging result that the event was filled to capacity and we had to add extra seats.

God wanted us to experience faith, believing that everything He does is out of His love, according to His timing and in His way, to accomplish His will. Everything comes from God, aiming to fulfill His good pleasure. When we do everything boldly, with unity and a desire to advance the Gospel, there is nothing that should make us ashamed.
