紐約「角聲」角聲秉持「以微觀到宏觀的層面影響家庭」的異象，2024年為新移民的全人關懷，開展了多項創新服務。

CCHC in New York upholds the vision of “impacting families from a micro to macro level,” and in 2024, we have launched several innovative services for the holistic care of new immigrants.

自2023年11月起，我們與紐約市多個政府部門和社區組織合作，推出了「新視野——綜合移民支援計劃」。這項計劃旨在為新移民，特別是亞裔背景的移民，提供全面的資源和服務，協助他們融入紐約社區。服務項目包括:

1. IDNYC登記: 自2024年7月起，我們成為IDNYC登記站，並將服務延長至2024年底。每週平均有130名申請者前來登記，顯示出巨大的需求，6個月內將服務超過1,000名新移民及走線難民。
2. 法律諮詢: 提供免費的法律諮詢服務，由持牌律師提供專業意見。
3. 英語課程：為新移民開設英語學習班，幫助他們提升語言能力。
4. 庇護申請工作坊: 為有需要的移民，提供庇護申請相關資訊和協助。
5. 移民諮詢: 提供免費的移民諮詢服務，解答新移民的各種疑問。

Since November 2023, we have collaborated with multiple New York City government departments and community organizations to launch the “New Horizons — Comprehensive Immigrant Support Program.” This program aims to provide new immigrants, particularly those of Asian background, with comprehensive resources and services to help them integrate into the New York community. The services include:

1. IDNYC Registration: Since July 2024, we have become an IDNYC registration site and will extend the service until the end of 2024. On average, 130 applicants come for registration each week, indicating a significant demand. We expect to serve over 1,000 new immigrants and asylum seekers within six months.
2. Legal Consultation: We offer free legal consultation services provided by licensed attorneys who give professional advice.
3. English Classes: We offer English learning classes for new immigrants to help improve their language skills.
4. Asylum Application Workshops: We provide information and assistance related to asylum applications for immigrants in need.
5. Immigration Consultation: We offer free immigration consultation services to answer various questions from new immigrants.

我們的服務對象，已從最初的華裔移民，逐漸擴展到西語系移民和韓裔居民。在短短6個月內，我們已經為超過1,000個個人和家庭提供了服務。這種跨文化的服務模式，體現了我們對多元文化社區的承諾。

Our services have expanded from initially focusing on Chinese immigrants to including Spanish-speaking and Korean residents. In just six months, we have served over 1,000 individuals and families. This cross-cultural service model reflects our commitment to a diverse community.

除了基本的移民服務,我們也注重移民家庭的全人發展:

1. 特殊需求兒童及青少年事工:為受COVID-19影響的特殊兒童及青少年提供支援，幫助他們應對身心靈的挑戰。
2. 兒童教育與發展計劃:通過「特殊孩子培訓」和「青少年事工」等項目，為3-18歲的兒童青少年，提供安全的學習環境，傳遞正面價值觀。
3. 青年充實事工:針對近期移民的青少年，提供多方面的支援，幫助他們克服文化適應、學業、社交等方面的挑戰。

展望未來，我們計劃在2025年，進一步擴大服務範圍，目標是服務3,000名新移民。我們將繼續與政府機構、社區組織和私營部門合作，舉辦定期的「移民服務站」，為移民提供一站式服務。

通過這些努力，我們希望不僅能夠滿足移民的即時需求，更能為紐約市的長期發展和多元社區的繁榮作出貢獻！

In addition to basic immigrant services, we also focus on the holistic development of immigrant families:

1. Special Needs Children and Youth Ministry: We provide support for children and youth with special needs affected by COVID-19, helping them cope with physical, mental, and emotional challenges.
2. Children’s Education and Development Program: Through programs like “Special Needs Children Training” and “Youth Ministry,” we offer a safe learning environment and impart positive values to children and youth aged 3-18.
3. Youth Enrichment Ministry: We provide comprehensive support for newly arrived immigrant youth, helping them overcome challenges related to cultural adaptation, academics, and social interaction.

Looking ahead, we plan to expand our services in 2025 with the goal of serving 3,000 new immigrants. We will continue to collaborate with government agencies, community organizations, and the private sector to host regular “Immigrant Service Stations” offering one-stop services.

Through these efforts, we hope not only to meet the immediate needs of immigrants but also to contribute to the long-term development and prosperity of New York City’s diverse community!
