角聲宣教士學院

「角聲宣教士學院」的角色與「角聲」整體目標是一致的。42年來，我們從沒有離開過當初領受的事工目標，即「了解」社區需要，「深入」各階層傳福音，「聯合」教會達成使命。但在方法上，我們最初是用「建立接觸點、建立友誼、建立信仰」為行動指標；後來是「牧養圈外的羊——尋找、餵養、保護、醫治」。未來，上述的事工方針不會改變，但會致力推動「尋道者崇拜」計劃。

我把「尋道者崇拜」稱為「角聲事工策略的完整板塊」，原因是「尋道者崇拜」，可以具體地達成「角聲 」42 年前所定的使命：

1. 了解社區需要：我們要求所有策劃者及講道者，針對慕道者的需要而預備，令每一個踏入崇拜聚會的人，都能聽得明白，真的可以「尋找，就尋見」。而誠實執行這個要求的人，是不能不對參加者有所了解的。
2. 深入各階層傳福音：我們對「尋道者崇拜」的要求，是「處處」都有崇拜在舉行，「時時」都可以參加。換言之，當這個計劃成功時，任何社區大眾，都可以在附近找到「尋道」的地方。
3. 聯合教會達成使命：這是神的恩典，「角聲」經過42年的努力，不單有被眾教會認同的聲望，也賜「角聲」豐富的人力資源、土地資源，可以支援許多新興的教會。當我們願意無條件地祝福他們時，聯合教會達成使命就自然成就了！

未來，「角聲宣教士學院」將配合「角聲」的整體目標，有下面幾個方面的努力：

1. 訓練「尋道者崇拜」宣教人才。所謂宣教人才，是指有能力的講員，聚會策劃人才、演藝人才、愛心牧養人才、宣傳推廣人才等等。
2. 我們也會與教會「結盟」，在教會名下建立不同地區的「尋道者崇拜」，「角聲」同工將支援教會所建立的「尋道者崇拜」。
3. 當然，策略聯盟的意思是，我們也接受教會在下列幾方面的幫助：

The role of the Herald Urban Mission Institute (HUMI) is aligned with the overall goals of CCHC. For 42 years, we have never deviated from the original ministry objectives, which are to “understand” community needs, “spread” the Gospel to all people, and “unite” churches to fulfill the mission. Initially, we used the “establishing contact points, establishing friendships, and establishing faith” as our guidelines; later, we adopted the approach of “shepherding those outside the fold—seeking, feeding, protecting, and healing.” While these ministry guidelines will not change, we will now focus on promoting the “Seeker Worship Service” initiative.

I refer to the “Seeker Worship Service” as a “complete segment of the Herald’s ministry strategy” because it specifically fulfills the mission established 42 years ago:

1. Understanding Community Needs: We require all planners and speakers to prepare according to the needs of seekers, ensuring that everyone attending the worship service can understand and truly find what they are looking for. Those who genuinely adhere to this requirement cannot avoid gaining some understanding of the participants.
2. Spread the Gospel to all people: Our requirement for the “Seeker Worship Service” is that worship services should be held “everywhere” and be “available at all times.” In other words, when this plan succeeds, any community member should be able to find a place for “seeking” nearby.
3. Uniting Churches to fulfill the Mission: By God’s grace, after 42 years of effort, the Herald not only has gained recognition from many churches but has also been endowed with abundant human and land resources to support many emerging churches. When we are willing to unconditionally bless them, the uniting of churches to achieve the mission will naturally be accomplished!

In the future, HUMI will work in the following areas to align with CCHC’s overall goals:

1. Training Mission Talent for “Seeker Worship Service.” This includes capable speakers, event planners, performing artists, compassionate shepherds, and publicity and promotion professionals.
2. Forming Alliances with Churches: We will establish “Seeker Worship Service” in various regions under church names, with CCHC’s coworkers supporting the churches.
3. Accepting Help from Churches:

A 兩年專門文憑課程，課程包括六個板塊：

1. 聖言宣教：注重《聖經》研讀，透過福音性查經，直接宣講福音信息等等方式領人歸主。
2. 處境宣教：注重探討城市中弱勢群體的需要，針對他們處境作關懷及佈道。
3. 友誼宣教：對不同群體深入了解，並在他們中建立接觸點、建立友誼、建立信仰。
4. 權能宣教：不單是聖靈能力，同時也探索如何凝聚各方力量，領人歸主。
5. 牧養宣教：如何透過「尋找、餵養、保護、醫治」的努力，帶領社區大眾歸主。
6. 策略宣教：研究如何運用最有效的方式領歸歸主。

除宣教訓練外，「學院」會在宣教士品格、時代辨識、宣講技巧、事工研發方面提供培訓。沒有工人，就沒有事工；沒有優質工人，就沒有優質事工。

B 四個月獨立課程：

這是為不能全時間接受訓練的教會有心人預備的，他們可在網上接受培訓。

• Two-Year Specialized Diploma Course: The course includes six segments:

1. Scriptural Evangelism: Focuses on studying the Bible and directly proclaiming the Gospel message through evangelistic Bible studies.
2. Contextual Evangelism: Focuses on exploring the needs of disadvantaged groups in the city and providing care and evangelism tailored to their specific situations.
3. Friendship Evangelism: Involves understanding different groups, establishing contact points, building friendships, and developing faith among them.
4. Empowerment Evangelism: Not only includes the power of the Holy Spirit but also explores how to gather various forces to lead people to the Lord.
5. Shepherding Evangelism: Focuses on guiding community members to faith through efforts in “seeking, feeding, protecting, and healing.”
6. Strategic Evangelism: Studies how to use the most effective methods to lead people to the Lord.

In addition to mission training, HUMI will provide training in the areas of missionary character, understanding of contemporary issues, preaching skills, and ministry development. Without workers, there is no ministry; without quality workers, there is no quality ministry.

• Four-Month Independent Course:

This is designed for those who cannot commit to full-time training. They can receive training online. Trainees may serve as speakers for “Seeker Worship Service”, sharing pastors’ load; at the same time, trainees are responsible to promote the “Seeker Worship Service” initiative for his/her own church.

參加「俄巴底 1% 宣教基金」，每月撥出奉獻收入的 1% （或多或少）支持「角聲宣教士學院」；參加這項宣教基金的教會所派來的學生，學費是可以豁免的；這樣的安排，是讓教會鼓勵更多年輕信徒參加宣教培訓。

Participate in the “Obadiah 1% Mission Fund,” which allocates 1% (or more or less) of monthly income to support HUMI. Churches participating in this fund will have their students’ tuition waived, encouraging more young believers to engage in mission training.

由角聲推動，但在教會名義舉行佈道活動。例如「街頭禱告站」，或是參加夏天舉行的「四十二天佈道大會」等等，這些活動以不同教會為主力，「角聲」同工全力提供幫助。

The church has the freedom to decide whether to participate in these events, such as the Street Prayer Station, 42-Day Evangelistic Rally in the summer. These events will be led by individual churches while CCHC coworkers provide full support.
