澳洲分會

去年五月，澳洲分會舉行十週年感恩晚宴，承蒙「角聲」創辦人勞伯祥牧師及全球分會總幹事周簡艷珍姊妹蒞臨主禮。席間勞牧師分享在疫情逆境中回應神的感動，憑信心發展了「角聲生命莊園」及「角聲宣教士學院」；周姊妹頒發「拓荒者」獎座，給本分會長期服務的董事，並致詞感謝多年來為《號角》澳洲版撰文的作者。二人的分享，使在座270多位與會者同頌主恩！也增加了對「角聲」宗旨及事工的認識。

董事們尤其大得激勵！把構思中結合佈道的社關事工踏出第一步。為著「角聲」在澳洲能持續服務社群、領人歸主，董事們同心禱告及商議，確立了持續發展的架構及要素，並聘請黃金耀為半職同工，負責事工拓展事宜。基督教機構持續發展的六個「M」:

1. Mission：基督教角聲佈道團的宗旨；
2. Ministries：符合宗旨的事工；
3. Manpower：董事、義工和受薪同工；
4. Money：相信神透過不同渠道供應所需經費；
5. Management：董事會及同工發揮僕人領袖的角色；
6. Mighty Power：信靠神使基督復活的大能（參《以弗所書》一章20節）和聖靈賦與基督徒為主作見證的能力（參《使徒行傳》一章8節）。

相信不久將來，在主的賜福及董事、同工和協工的努力下，「角聲」澳洲分會將會大步向前邁進！

In May of last year, the Australia branch held its 10th Anniversary Thanksgiving Banquet, graciously attended by the CCHC founder, Rev. Pak-Cheung Lo and Executive Director of Global Ministries, Mrs. Katie Chau. During the event, Rev. Lo shared how he responded to God’s prompting with faith amid the challenges of the pandemic by developing the Herald Eddy Farm and Herald Urban Mission Institute. Mrs. Chau presented the “Pioneer” Award to board members who have served the branch long-term and expressed gratitude to the authors who have contributed their writings over the years. Their sharing brought the over 270 attendees together in praising the Lord’s grace and deepened their understanding of the mission and ministries of CCHC.

The board members were especially inspired! They took the first step toward implementing their idea of combining evangelism with social service. To ensure that CCHC can continue to serve the community in Australia and lead people to the Lord, the board members established a framework and key elements for sustained development after extensive prayer and discussion together. Brother Raymond Wong has been appointed as a part-time staff member responsible for ministry expansion. The six “M’s” for the sustainable development of a Christian organization:

• Mission — The purpose of the Chinese Christian Herald Crusade.
• Ministries — Activities and ministries that align with the organization’s mission.
• Manpower — Board members, volunteers, and paid staff.
• Money — Trusting that God will provide the necessary funding through various channels.
• Management — The board and staff embodying servant leadership.
• Mighty Power — Trusting in God’s mighty power that raised Christ from the dead (Ephesians 1:20) and the power given by the Holy Spirit for Christians to be witnesses for the Lord (Acts 1:8).

With the blessing of the Lord and the dedicated efforts of the board, staff, and volunteers, I believe the Australia branch will soon make great strides forward!
